Isn’t it crazy that the year is almost over!?! If you live in the states, Thanksgiving is two days away. I am sure many of you will be traveling or might even have family coming to see you for the holiday. I will be staying home because I will be working the day before and the day after Thanksgiving. I might even get some scrapping in. The gallery is full of inspiration and I have picked some of my favorites and am highlighting them here.
First up is the layout by Stasianary. I love this photo-less layout! Her clusters are fabulous. Her heartfelt journaling was accented with the little word strips. What a clever idea! I also love her mixed font title! Great job!
Next up is WendyW with her layout Grampies! Her strong horizontal element cluster is beautiful. The unfinished stitched scallop frame gives her layout some nice texture along the border. Such a wonderful memory documented for her girls to cherish for years to come.
Missmarcy’s layout First Lost Tooth is my third pick. I absolutely adore this pocket style page. I love the mixture of color and black & white papers. Her splatterings of flowers throughout the page are a great touch, which add dimension and depth. I also love that little tooth flair that she was able to add to her layout. Great page Missmarcy!
I especially love laurenjh04’s layout Allie and Santa. The reason why I love it is because it shows that not all photos must depict perfect life moments. Poor Allie is horrified by Santa! Even though this was not one of life’s happy moment, it does represent real life. Love her tilted title and her choice of embellishments.
Next up is this layout by adi&co. I love the large hexagon frame and the bright cheerful colors she used. Her title work is fab, and even with all of that she was still able to keep her photo large, which I absolutely love!
And finally is this layout by scrap purple called Play. Love the quartet of photos with the last one accented with the wooden frame. Love the border embellishment treatments and all those layered papers. What an awesome wintry page!
I hope you enjoyed my picks as much as I enjoyed finding them. Remember to upload your layouts to the SSD Tickled Pink Studio Gallery and maybe we will showcase your layout on the next Gallery Standouts post!
